1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the Greenbees platform (greenbees.com.au), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Services
Greenbees provides technology tools for the Australian aged care and disability support sector, including:
- Funding Finder — a self-service tool to identify government funding eligibility
- Provider Marketplace — a directory of verified care providers
- Family Dashboard — budget tracking and care coordination tools
- Worker Passport — portable credential verification for support workers
- Provider Portal — compliance and care management software for providers
3. Not medical or legal advice
Greenbees provides information and technology tools only. We do not provide medical, legal, financial, or care advice. The Funding Finder provides estimates based on publicly available government criteria and should not be relied upon as a guarantee of funding eligibility or amounts. Always consult with My Aged Care (1800 200 422) or a qualified professional.
4. User accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
5. Provider listings
Provider information on the marketplace is supplied by providers themselves. While we verify registrations and accreditations where possible, Greenbees does not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or availability of any provider's services.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, Greenbees' liability for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Queensland.
